Welcome to LinkiPi! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the LinkiPi website, accessible at https://linkipi.com/. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website.

1. Introduction to LinkiPi

LinkiPi is a platform designed to streamline the process of submitting, previewing, managing, and reporting URLs to enhance website SEO performance. We provide a categorized ecosystem where users can post links based on industry-specific topics, aiming to amplify digital footprints through smart, strategic link sharing.

2. Services Provided

LinkiPi offers the following key services:

  • URL Submission: Users can input or paste desired URLs into a submission form, select an appropriate category, and submit the URL.
  • Live URL Preview: Upon submission, LinkiPi generates a preview including a thumbnail image, website title, and description, allowing users to verify the accuracy and relevance of the URL.
  • Confirmation of Submission: A confirmation message is displayed upon successful URL addition.
  • URL Listing and Tracking: Submitted URLs are organized and displayed with details such as category, views (counted on page load and refresh), clicks (on the “Visit Site” button), and submission date & time. Advanced pagination is available for navigation.
  • User Reporting System: To maintain content quality, users can report submitted URLs for reasons such as Spam, Inappropriate, or Not Related. URLs receiving five reports are automatically removed.

3. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

By using LinkiPi, you agree to:

  • Content Accuracy and Relevance: You are solely responsible for the URLs and content you submit. Ensure all submitted information is accurate, relevant, and not misleading.
  • Lawful Use: You must use LinkiPi only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the website.
  • Prohibited Content: You must not submit, upload, or display any content that:
    • Is illegal, promotes illegal activities, or facilitates unlawful behavior.
    • Infringes on any intellectual property rights (e.g., copyright, trademark).
    • Is harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, discriminatory, or sexually explicit.
    • Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination.
    • Contains false claims, deceptive practices, or attempts to steal personal information (phishing).
    • Promotes hacking, cracking, or provides instructions, equipment, or software for unauthorized access.
    • Is unsolicited or irrelevant (spam).
    • Is inappropriate or unsuitable material as determined by LinkiPi or through the user reporting system.
    • Contains malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
  • AdSense Compliance: If Google AdSense ads are displayed on LinkiPi, you agree to abide by all Google Publisher Policies and Google AdSense Program Policies, including but not limited to:
    • Invalid Clicks and Impressions: You must not click your own ads or use any means to artificially inflate impressions and/or clicks (including manual methods, automated tools, robots, or deceptive software).
    • Encouraging Clicks: You may not ask others to click or view ads or use deceptive implementation methods to obtain clicks or views.
    • Ad Placement: Ads must be clearly distinguishable from content. You must not direct user attention to ads using arrows or other graphical gimmicks, place misleading images alongside ads, or format ads to be indistinguishable from other content. AdSense code may not be placed in inappropriate places such as pop-ups, emails, or software.
    • Site Behavior: Your use of LinkiPi must not change user preferences, redirect users to unwanted websites, initiate downloads, include malware, or contain pop-ups or pop-unders that interfere with site navigation.
    • No Ad Code Modification: You must not alter the Google AdSense code in any way that artificially boosts ad performance or or compromises advertiser conversions.
  • User Reporting System: You must use the user reporting system responsibly and not for malicious or frivolous reporting.

4. Intellectual Property

  • LinkiPi Content: All content on LinkiPi, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of LinkiPi or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
  • User-Submitted Content: By submitting URLs and associated content to LinkiPi, you grant LinkiPi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media, for the purpose of operating and promoting LinkiPi. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to grant this license.

5. Disclaimers

  • Service Availability: LinkiPi strives to ensure continuous availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website or its services.
  • Content Accuracy: While LinkiPi provides a preview feature, we do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-submitted URLs or linked content. You access external websites at your own risk.
  • No Warranties: The website and its services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LinkiPi, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the website; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the website; (iii) any content obtained from the website; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
