5. Moderation and Enforcement Rights
We reserve the full right, at our sole discretion and with or without prior notice, to:
- Set inactive any card, link, advertisement or account;
- Ban any user temporarily or permanently;
- Delete a user account together with the complete posted data, including all cards, links, uploaded files and advertisements;
- Refuse service to anyone for violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Moderation decisions may be appealed through the contact options, but we are not obliged to restore removed content or banned accounts.
6. Reporting Abuse
Every public card has a report button. If you find content that violates these Terms, report it via the report button or the contact options. We review reports and take action as described in Section 5.

9. Intellectual Property
The Portal’s own software, design, logo and content are owned by the Portal or its licensors and are protected by law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Portal for its intended purpose.
